UPDATED: Planned Water Outage - Levels 1 & 3

Update 23/12/25: Please be advised that there will be a brief emergency water shutdown to the entire building today while urgent repair works are carried out on a unit stop valve on level 1 that isn't shutting off with normal floor level isolation. The shutdown will be as short as possible, and JML Plumbing will notify any residents at home before commencing, where possible.

Level 1 and Level 3 will have planned. water outages on Tuesday 23 December 2025, from approximately 10am to 12pm.

The outage is necessary to replace faulty isolation valves inside two units on these levels.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you please make the necessary arrangements to avoid the outage.
