Carpark Access & Power Outages

Residents are advised that contractors will be installing new carpark security roller shutters and heavier duty fencing between Monday 25 and Wednesday 28 August 2025 (inclusive). This work is part of the carpark security hardening project and aims to minimise future break-ins in the basement carpark and storage areas.
During these works, power and lighting will intermittently go off, and B2 and B1 access via the ramps may be delayed while contractors install new components. Residents are asked to use their car headlights to assist with safety and visibility, and to be patient if ramps are temporarily blocked. Please plan ahead and expect some delays entering and exiting via the ramps. Contractors will try to complete most work during low traffic times (after 9 am and before 4 pm).
The new roller shutters will remain open after installation until new remote clickers are provided to enable secure access through the new doors.
Further communications will be sent once these are ready to be distributed.
